At Caddie Craze, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. However, we’re committed to making it right if something goes wrong.

All Caddie Craze products are custom-made to order. Because of this, please allow 5–8 business days for production before your item ships. This allows us to maintain high quality and minimize overproduction.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way. We appreciate your patience.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a design/print error, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Simply reach out to us within 14 days of arrival with:

  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your request and issue a replacement or refund if it meets our criteria

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package doesn’t arrive within 45 days from the date of order, contact us and we’ll investigate. If confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
